In the US, our Customer Support Representatives are uniquely organized into regional "Eye Pods", so each team is aligned with our regional sales team and local customers. This enhances the level of service and allows our representatives to build relationships with you, our customer, in order to provide more customized, effective solutions. We also leverage the high level of interaction our Customer Support Representatives have with you by using service experience surveys and feedback to continuously improve all aspects of customer support.
